Payment Options & Insurance Information
We accept all major credit cards. We file your insurance paperwork for you.
Insurance:
Most insurance plans cover chiropractic. When you come in, the secretary will call and confirm your plan.
We are covered by:
Altius, Aetna, BlueCross/Blueshield, First Health, Mailhandlers, Medicare, SelectMed, Select Health, United HealthCare to name a few and many others.
Auto Insurance:
Injuries from an auto accidents are covered at a 100% for your Chiropractic care. Just bring in your auto insurance information.
Workers Compensation:
Injuries while working are covered at a 100% under workers compensation. Most employers carry this insurance which is required. Just bring in your employers first report of injury.
Non Covered Plans:
Medicaid, Tricare, PEHP
If you are not covered by health insurance we are more than willing to work with you. Just talk to the secretary.
